Would you buy DialUpISP.com (the domain name, with no customers/equipment/etc attached) for $5K? That was its owner's asking price at yesterday's DomainFest auction (spotted via DomainNameNews). No takers. Still, if you think *nobody* uses dialup any more, you'd be wrong....
