I’m happy to write that we announced 2 more executives to our management team at Appcelerator.

Joe Mazzola is joining us as our new Vice President, Sales from Computer Associates. He served as sales director at Wily Technology, a provider of application management solutions that was acquired by CA for $375M in 2006. Joe has held sales executive positions at Sun Microsystems and Unisys Corporation. Joe is a sales stud and a great guy.

Matt Quinlan is joining us as our new Vice President, Marketing from Red Hat. He served as director of worldwide sales consulting at JBoss, before it was acquired by Red Hat. Matt founded Red Hat’s “Rockstar Program,” through which he was responsible for the recruitment and training of all consultants, instructors, and sales engineers. Matt himself is a rock star and was one of many critical people in the JBoss success DNA.
